• Kannan is the Associate Executive Vice President - CBO of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in veterinary sciences from Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University and a post graduate diploma in agri-business management from Indian Institutes of Management, Ahmedabad. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with Axis bank as Assistant Vice President in agri & rural banking department and with Yes Bank Limited as Vice President. He has also been associated with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited as Associate Vice-President & Head – Agri & Rural Finance.

• Dheeraj Mohan brings over 23 years of experience across the capital markets, wealth management, and banking sectors. Before joining Veritas, he served as the Head of Strategy & Investor Relations, Analytics, and Customer Experience at Equitas Small Finance Bank, where he was a Senior Management Personnel and part of the Bank’s management. He has previously worked with Anand Rathi and Edelweiss Financial Services in wealth advisory and investment services, and has served as Product Head at Pioneer Invest Corp Ltd. He has also been associated with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company, where he focused on new initiatives, product distribution, and strategy.
• Dheeraj holds an MBA from the Kirloskar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Mar Ivanios College.He is a certified ESG Professional from the Institute of Directors (IOD), India, and has completed executive education programs from INSEAD in Strategic Management in Banking and Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption.

• Vijay is the Chief Credit Officer of our Company since October 1, 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from The American College, Madurai Kamaraj University and a post graduate diploma in business administration from ICFAIAN Business School. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with Sundaram Home Finance Limited, Citi Bank, IDFC Bank and Hinduja Housing Finance.

• Christopher is the Executive vice president and Chief Audit Officer of the Company since January 2, 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (Mathematics) from Loyola College, University of Madras, Chennai and has completed his master’s of business administration in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Oriental Bank of Commerce and National Housing Bank. He was also associated with Shriram Housing Finance as Head- Internal Audit.

• T E Sudharsan is the Senior vice president – head operations of the Company since April 1, 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from University of Madras. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited as Deputy General Manager – Credit Operations, MIS & Analytics – Two Wheeler. He was also associated with Polaris Software Lab limited and Tata Finance Limited.

• Sarath is the Senior vice president – Chief Technical Officer of the Company since January 18, 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from PSNA College of Engineering and Technology, Madurai Kamaraj University. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with Sundaram Home Finance Limited and Cauvery Décor. He was also associated with Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited.

• Parthiban is the Executive vice president - Chief Technology Officer of the Company since April 1, 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Mathematics) from University of Madras and has completed his master’s in business administration from University of Madras. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited as Senior Assistant Vice President - IT.

• Ramesh is a post-graduate in Commerce and holds an MBA in the specialisation of Finance. He also completed the Post Graduate Certificate programme in Business Management (PGXPM) from Great Lakes Institute of Management (GLIM). He has more than 18 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services.
• Before Veritas he has worked across organizations including Equitas Group Companies (Equitas Small Finance Bank), Northern Arc Capital (Formerly IFMR Capital), RR Donnelly and Computer Age Management Services Private Limited (CAMS). He has experience across functions including Financial Management, Accounting, Auditing, Compliance and MIS. He played a key role in the IPO and listing process of the Equitas Holding company and he was primarily responsible for the consolidation of financial statements for the holding company, which was listed in NSE and BSE.

• Mahesh is the Senior vice president – treasury of our Company since January 21, 2018. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shri Venkateswara University and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with Asirvad Micro Finance Limited, Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited as Assistant Vice President - Treasury and IFCI Financial Services Limited.

• Prakash Rayenis the Executive Director - Operations of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science (Physics) from Madurai Kamaraj University and a master’s degree in computer application from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited as Chief Technology Officer.

• Suchindran V G is the Chief Financial Officer at Veritas Finance. He is responsible for functions of Finance and Treasury.He was earlier the CEO of IFMR Investment Adviser Services Private Limited, the fund management and investment advisory arm of IFMR Trust, where he successfully launched the fund platform in the alternative investment fund space. He has experience of more than 20 years in capital markets and inclusive finance industry. He has previously worked with Equitas Group where he was heading investor relations and business planning at Equitas Holdings Private Limited as well as Treasury, MIS and Risk functions at Equitas Micro Finance Private Limited and Equitas Finance Private Limited.

  Prior to that, he worked as Vice President – Operations at Variman Capital Market Services, Treasury Analyst at Citibank NA and part of Corporate Treasury team at Cholamandalam Investment. Suchindran is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA), Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) and Company Secretary (ACS).

• Nicholes Antonycomes with more than two decades of experience in the housing finance industry. Prior to joining Veritas Finance, Nicholes was with Mahindra Rural Housing Finance as DGM (Operations) where he was overseeing the business, credit and collection verticals. He had set up the operations for Mahindra in South. Commencing the business in 2008 with a six-member team, Nicholes built a strong distribution network of 100 branches with over 600 employees in a span of six years.
• He was earlier with Dewan Housing for more than a decade, handling the housing finance business in various capacities including Branch Manager, Area Manager and as Head of Special Initiatives. A deeply committed individual, with in-depth knowledge of the semi-urban and rural markets in south, strong leadership qualities, successful in managing and motivating large teams, Nicholes has a huge passion to contribute in making inclusive financing great success.

• Sheik Abdullah heads Business Development & Marketing at Veritas Finance. Sheik has over 20 years of experience in financial services with specific reference to commercial vehicles, affordable housing & mortgage lending space. He has been responsible for setting up the sales team, vast distribution networks across the southern states and leading a high performing team to excellence in sales and won accolades many times in all the organizations he has been associated with. A highly enthusiastic worker, a natural leader and a performance was driven individual who has the right mix of commitment and passion towards the work.
• Starting his career as Management Trainee, he has grown to hold Sr.-level positions in sales including Regional Manager, GM sales, etc in the past. Prior to joining Veritas Finance, Sheik was working in organizations including Shriram Transport Finance, Cholamandalam, and Aptus Value Housing Finance. Sheik has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and has undergone Management Training in IIM Kozhikode.

• Sekhar Vikas is the Executive vice president and business head – MSME urban of our Company since April 1, 2024. He holds a master’s degree in management sciences from International Institute of Professional Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with Shriram City Union.

• Sankar Annamalai is the Senior Executive Vice President & CBO – Home Loans of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from College of Engineering, Anna University and a post graduate diploma in management for executives from Indian Institute of Management. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys Technologies Limited. He has also been associated with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited as senior associate vice president & national business manager for their SME vertical.

• R Sathish is the Senior vice-president and business head – vehicle finance of our Company since November 16, 2023. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic science from University of Madras. Prior to joining our Company, he has been associated with IndoStar Capital Finance Limited as the Zonal Business Head – South Vehicle Finance Business. He has also been associated with Shriram Transport Finance Company and Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited.
• Before Veritas, his journey included pivotal roles in esteemed organizations such as Shriram Transport Finance Company, Cholamandalam, and Indostar. Having exposure in setting up the Vehicle Finance Division that involved strategic planning and execution across India, he has demonstrated leadership skills in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture.

• R.Krishnaraj has rich experience in financial services, most of which is in Credit & Collection function. He is a seasoned Credit Manager, with over two decades of experience cutting across credit, operations, risk management, recovery and collections.
• Before joining Veritas Finance, Krish was with Cholamandalam as DGM Credit / Operations – Vehicle Finance Recognized and awarded the Best Credit Manager, Krish has handled the credit operations of most branches and locations in Tamil Nadu and been instrumental in ensuring quality portfolio growth in the region over the years.
• He has been involved with the organization in its most robust growth phase and adapted to the various challenges during this phase quickly.
• He is credited with the introduction of many new innovations and first to adapt and put in place any new initiatives including Risk Scoring Model, Lean Cell Concept in the Vehicle Finance vertical An excellent team player, Krish handled a large team which included Area Credit Managers and Branch Credit Managers apart from Credit Officers. He is highly regarded for his deep association with the entire team and imparting knowledge through constant training and development of not only the credit officers but also the sales team.

• Kanchana srikanth is the Executive vice president - Chief Compliance Officer of our Company since October 1, 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Faculty of Law, University of Madras. Prior to joining our Company, she has been associated with Vijaya Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited and Aptus Value Housing Finance Limited.

Srinivas Tallapalli is the Associate Vice President - Credit. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Alagappa University. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Aptus Value Housing Finance.

V. Aruna is the Company secretary and compliance officer of our Company since February 4, 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Madras, Chennai and is a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has previously been associated with M/s. M.K. Surana & Co., Chennai. She joined our Company on December 16, 2019 as assistant company secretary. She is responsible for handling all corporate law compliances and ensure implementation of corporate governance practices in the Company.

• Mr. Naveen Raj R has joined Veritas as Chief Financial Officer effective 3rd March 2025.
  Naveen is a highly accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry. His career includes notable tenures at some of the most prestigious firms, such as Deloitte, BSR & Co. LLP (KPMG – Audit Wing), and Five-Star Business Finance. Naveen has proficiency spanning across diverse range of financial disciplines, including managing complex capital market transactions, analyzing and mitigating organizational risks, and effectively overseeing board activities, audit committees, and engagement with key stakeholders.
  Before joining Veritas, Naveen Raj served as the Chief Audit Officer at Five-Star Business Finance Limited, where he led the Internal Audit function, ensuring the robustness of the company’s financial controls and compliance. At Veritas, he currently oversees critical financial functions, including Corporate Finance, Treasury Management, as well as Investor Relations and Financial & Regulatory Reporting, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the organization’s financial strategies are aligned with both industry standards and long-term objectives.
  Naveen is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras.

• S V Laxmi is the Chief Risk Officer of our Company since September 16, 2024. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from BITS Pilani and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, she has been associated with Aptus Finance India Private Limited as Assistant Vice President – Finance.

• Shankar Subramanian is the Vice president – Analytics of our Company since January 8, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Loyola College, Madras and master’s degree in economics from University of Madras. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Standard Chartered Grindlays Bank, Davinta Financial Services, Concentrix, Speciale Incept Advisors, Citi Financial, GE Money, and Cholamandalam DBS Finance Limited.

• Subramoni Bhagavathy is the Head – Process Quality – MSME Urban of our Company since December 5, 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Kerala and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, and HDFC Bank.

• L. Sridhar is the Vice president – Corporate Social Responsibility since January 2, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from Anna University, Madras and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with E.I.D. Parry, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, Philips Electronincs, Samtel Colors, and United Nations Development Programme.
